Not every couple wants a fancy wedding. Some couples are private and elope. Others are on a budget and can’t afford a fancy wedding. Courthouse weddings are a great option for couples who just want their Maricopa County marriage license signed and simply to be married, but the courthouse wedding process is inconvenient.

Those who decide to make it legal at the courthouse must bring two witnesses with them by 4:30pm, deal with one-way streets and downtown parking, then wait in line with everybody else until the judge or justice starts signing at 5pm. The court charges $80 and only accepts cash. Click here to visit the court’s website.

I’ll meet you and your two witnesses at your home, a coffee shop or anywhere. That way you don’t have to inconvenience them, by having your witnesses go to the court house with you. If you’re eloping or don’t have two witnesses, don’t stress. I can help with that too.

I promise you a much nicer courthouse wedding experience and I welcome credit card payments.
